We collect the minimum data necessary to provide the Service: • Email address: for authentication and communication. • Documents and text: content you create within Nuss. • Usage data: basic information about how you use the Service (e.g., document count, AI usage). • Audio files: when using the transcription feature, files are processed and not permanently stored.
We use your data only to: • Provide and improve the Service. • Process AI requests through model providers. • Send service-related notifications (no marketing emails without your consent). • Analyze aggregated usage patterns to improve the product. We never sell your personal data to any third party. Ever.
Your data is securely stored on Supabase servers with encryption in transit and at rest. The database is protected by Row Level Security (RLS) policies that ensure only you can access your data.
We use the following services to operate Nuss: • Supabase: authentication and data storage. • OpenRouter: routing AI requests to model providers (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic). Your AI chat content is sent to these providers to process your requests. • Netlify: application hosting. Each provider has its own privacy policy.
We use your browser's localStorage to save your preferences such as language and theme. We do not use tracking cookies.
You have the right to: • Access your data: you can view all your documents and content at any time. • Export your data: you can copy your content at any time. • Delete your account: contact us to permanently delete your account and all associated data. • Correct your data: you can update your email and account information.
We retain your data as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, all your data is permanently deleted within 30 days. We may retain aggregated, anonymized data for analytics purposes.
The Service is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If we learn that a child has created an account, we will delete it immediately.
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through a notice in the Service.
