By using Nuss ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, please do not use the Service.
Nuss is a bilingual (Arabic/English) writing application that provides a rich text editor, AI writing assistant, Quran verse search, and audio transcription. The Service is available via the web at nuss.ink.
You need to create an account using your email address to access the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under it. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
You retain full ownership of all content you create using Nuss, including documents, transcripts, and notes. We do not claim any ownership rights over your content. We only use your content to provide the Service to you.
The AI assistant uses large language models via third-party providers. AI-generated content is provided "as is" and may contain inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any AI-generated content before use. Do not rely on AI for religious rulings or Quranic interpretation — consult qualified scholars.
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to create harmful or abusive content, to attempt unauthorized access to our systems, or to misuse the AI feature in ways that violate model provider policies.
We strive to provide continuous service availability, but we do not guarantee 100% uptime. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.
The free plan provides access to core features. We may offer paid plans in the future with additional features. We reserve the right to modify the features available in each plan with prior notice.
The Service is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties. We shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from your use of the Service, including data loss.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through a notice in the Service. Your continued use of the Service after modifications constitutes acceptance.
