We want you to be happy with Nuss. This policy explains when and how you can get a refund.
We offer a full refund within 14 days of your first payment on any paid plan. If the Service is not the right fit, contact us within 14 days of that first payment and we will refund you in full — no questions asked.
You can cancel your monthly subscription at any time. When you cancel, you keep access until the end of your paid period, and the subscription does not renew. Outside the 14-day window, we do not refund the current or partial month except where required by law.
Annual subscriptions are covered by the 14-day full money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. After that period, we do not refund the remaining time, but you can cancel anytime to stop auto-renewal, and your access continues until the end of the paid year.
Top-up credit packs purchased separately are refundable within 14 days as long as they have not been used. Credits that have already been consumed are non-refundable, as they represent a digital service that has already been delivered.
Email [email protected] from the address linked to your account, mentioning your plan and the approximate payment date. We will respond and process your request as quickly as we can.
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. We email you a confirmation once the refund is issued.
The Free plan requires no payment, so there is nothing to refund. You can use it with no credit card, for as long as you like.
This policy does not affect any statutory consumer rights you may have under the laws of your country (such as EU and UK consumer rights). Those rights remain in effect regardless of the above.
If you experience a problem with a payment, please contact us first — we can usually resolve it faster than a bank dispute. We treat every request fairly and in good faith.
